I was looking in this for quite while. This is somehow "classic" motive, but very well done. Contrast between dark in light and between static stones and fast water, probably well guessed exposure. But what I like mainly is brillant luminosity of this scan. Hope you will post also resulting print. r.

I very much like the way the frame travels from dark in one corner to light in the opposite. The waters spot on aswell.

It must be nice to have these Gems on your doorstep

Thanks all for the responses :smile:. Dida - this is a more or less unretouched scan, just a mild "S" curve to tweak the contrast. Unfortunately my darkroom is still out of use so it may be a while before I can make a real print from the negative. This is a favourite location of mine so yes, I am indeed lucky it's only a couple of miles away.
