Nice juxtaposition of sentiments of inclusivity and exclusivity. I think you are saying that in the print these 2 messages on the doll and window stand out more clearly. Certainly they need to as they are central to the theme.

As long as the fence still shows to emphasise the no trespass it might be beneficial to crop and I think you could afford to darken the print a little if needs be,to make the no trespassing stand out.

I think I would lose the fence altogether and include more window.... perhaps closer, as there is a great picture with the doll, sign and the flag.
