This unususal bridge near the community of Haw Creek in LeFlore County in Oklahoma most probably started life as a railroad bridge circa 1900. This deduction is arrived at due to the heavyweight structural members, heavier than would be used for a vehicular bridge of the same period. This is a pin-connected Pratt thru-truss with wood deck. The piers give away some of the story as they are of much newer design than the bridge, and they are too light for rail service, therefore the bridge must have been moved to this location at some point and converted to a vehicular bridge. It is a single lane bridge.
