Thank you all for the comments I am very happy with this but I still think I can get a slightly better print so I'm going to have another go at it on the weekend to see what I can do.

What are you looking for to improve the print? Just curious. The only thing I could think of would be to try to extract some more detail, but since you have such high contrast in your scene, it'll probably be super grainy that way (snatch earlier, development 'less' infectuous). But then again, since it's a lith you never know for sure what's going to happen, right? I'd love to see your next attempt as well, this really is very good.

Thanks Thomas, the main thing I would like to do is to bring out a little more detail, especially in the foreground. On the print itself it's quite hard to see but there is a fair bit of detail I just want it to be a little more obvious. I was hoping that either exposing less and snatching later or just snatching earlier with the same exposure might pull that off. I'm not sure which way would be better but I'm happy to experiment.

Svend, this is untoned the colour is a little less pronounced on the print itself (I found it quite hard to get the scan to look close to the print) but from what I have been told and read it was down to the dilution of the developer and the dev time itself that helped the colour appear. I used the reccomended dilution of 15ml to 435ml for each part of the developer and I was getting times in the soup of around 20 minutes.

Very nice. I like the other print better, though.
