Congratulations. Nice control over demanding conditions.
Even though the print won the contest it can become a really great print by a couple of compositional adjustments; Firstly, the image appears slanted. Unless this area is very close to falls or rapids, the water should be almost level, unless the purpose of the image demands it, which wouldn't seem the case here.
Secondly, it can be cropped somewhat. I like it without the vegetation at the top. Also, if just less than one quarter of the right side and two thirds of the water is cropped, then the focus becomes more about "Shadows" in the rock.
Overall though, this has a nice warm look and terrific detail.
