Surfers, Marin Headlands

It looks to me like you might have run into some processing difficulties here. Can you enlighten us on your process?

Zone VI 4x5
Schneider G-Claron 240mm
T-Max 100 @ 100 or 125 ISo

Rodinal 1:50 for 12 minutes i think.
really sloppy developing.. if you can imagine a fat guy drinking rum and coke and eating a greasy cheesburger while developing negs in toilet water... thats me.

notes: it was a windy day and the saltwater was spraying quite a bit. I had to use a cokin filter on the lens to focus with and then pulled it off just before exposure. When i got home, everything was covered with salt. blech.

I think the real problem with this image is the beach is too dark.. even when i crop part of it, it is still too prominent. I will try dodging it and give a little more exposure to the rest of the image and see how it looks.
