This old Sunoco station was on it's last legs ten years ago when this photograph was made. Except for the Sunoco sign and the big wooden arrow, its pretty much the same. Its for sale: $1M - believe it or knot.

Nah, just someone waiting for the ultimate developer of Dr.'s offices to come along - which they wii.
 
Just think of all the space for darkroom facilities and a few studio's to cram those models in though.
