Phil,

This is a super image full stop. If I have to find something to comment on it would be this:

The image quality revolves around juicy tone, pattern and texture to me (and symmetry). Images like this somethimes look at their best with creamy tonality that conveys the subtlety of the light. I am not familiar with kallitypes but get the feeling that the portrayal of light is less subtle than with a regular enlargemtn of contact print. However the process appears to have delivered amazing texture. Looks like it is eadible (chocolate)! However, once I have chewed it over I am not completely sure it has that enduring something to keep bringing me back, holding me each time. Maybe I am talking bull, but with the prints you have shown and the chats we have had online, I just wonder whether i am saying something you are thinking? That intrigue? Is the delivery too quick? Still a cracking image!

I know what you are saying. I 'like' the image and enjoyed the taking and printing of it. However I don't feel it is one of my strongest or best images.
I made a few images that day but far prefer my dragon image

however it did not draw a 1/10 of the comments or views as this one did. It seems that this ticks the box for a lot of people
Thanks for the comments
