Hi John,

amazing print quality. What happened to the FA-1027? Just kidding.

The selection of tones you have chosen with the chair being darker than the focal point of the horizon, the water, and the pier, gives a sense of almost being in the chair beholding it all. I like this a LOT!

John: I too have made images that are similar to others that I've seen. But, I'm sure like you, I never deliberately copy another work. I respond to what I see, and make the best image that I can. If its similar to other work, so be it. After all I doubt that there is an image left to make that someone has not already done.

Great shot, though. I enjoy how the pier and lighthouses have been given such a minor role in the composition.
