Duet, part one...

With alot of these new images your creating, I tend to prefer the softer look made with your older lenses or homemade lenses the most. However, I tend to perfer this image over the 2nd. Maybe because there is more visually going on in this image compared to your others, or maybe because the world outside the window is still soft...but I think this is a better photograph.

Glad your putting the 11x14 to use!

this one makes me think ...community....of carrots no less..its as though you've been able with this series to impart personality to the root plant....some magic there!

I don't think any of your images are accidents. They just happen to be beautiful, thanks to your talent and the work you must put into them.
I agree with Ryan that normally I prefer your soft home-brewed lenses, but in this case the Tessar gets the home run. Both are beautiful, but the added sharpness and definition adds to this print.

It's like viewing across the street in apartment complex heaven, seeing the lit up rooms in the building on the other side. And then I thought it was a contact sheet, until I stopped staring at the thumbnail... Amazing work! Again!
