A visit to Corfe last Thursday yielded ideal conditions. I've waited so long to get there with decent mist. Enjoyed this wonderful spectacle all on my own, it felt unreal.
Have been itching to process the film and succombed yesterday, unable to wait until my return from Cornwall next Friday.
Wow, thank you all so much for the positive response.
I suppose I've had this as a priority making a number of trips over last 18 months and on my wish list for 5yrs.... never quite getting it right, as I wanted - sometimes plain wrong! It has been frustrating to see others get superb results in this period when I have not been able to go out to play with the camera at Corfe.
I also have a couple of sheets of Acros waiting to get processed which I took shortly afterwards when the dawn colours had drained away!
Taken from West Hill viewpoint. I stayed too long to whizz around to East hill to shoot with light behind. Hopefully I'll manage this too within the next 5 years!
Not usually a fan, or user of 50% compositions, but this seemed to work ok on Ground Glass.
