Interesting as it's almost voyeuristic but also makes me want to know who she is and see what she looks like. I really like the use of lines and lighting is spot on. Not going to mention the bottom right corner Doh! just did

It is amazing how legs, otherwise so ordinary, can convey such a wide range of emotions and perceptions -sophisticated, alluring, seductive, threatening, business-like, professional, maternal, masculine, etc. - and I think it is largely due to our keen powers of observation as children that legs (eye level) are the first noteworthy things that we notice about our fellow man as we begin to toddle. These memories stay with us as we grow older. Our early visual associations are the key to good advertising because they tap that common emotional well that we all share together, childhood. Great image, do more legs, a series perhaps?

This does it for me. The mild diagonal of the legs in contrast with the opossing angle of the wrinkles in the fabric. Great tones, great lighting and a 1940's mood thing going there. Like it!

This was done with a single 250 watt photoflood tungsten light. The white fabric reflected enough light to keep the contrast from being too severe.

BTW thanks for all the comments. This has been one of the few keepers in this last years slump.

I echo TPPhotog's statement. First thing I thought when I saw this was "Wow, what does she look like?" Love the tones too, nice and soft. Wonderfully done.
