The lens was a Caltar 180mm F/5.6.

This is from a scan made long ago and I agree with Leon that it is oversharpened. I usually don't sharpen images but I remember that I did with this one and I went too far. I was hesitant to post it for that reason but decided to anyway. However, the "real" (darkroom) print is even sharper although it is "real" sharpness, not that PS over-sharpened look that you see here.
