Daisies in Black and White

I could see dropping the ezxposure one stop to eliminate detail under the heads of the daisies. That's probably what I might have seen from the same subject. Very nice, though.

So many photographers always fuss and whin over "perfect shadow detail" and blah blah blah, but personally.... I feel this is a perfect image where you could push the shadows to a pure black. By doing this, it would leave these glowing white shapes that float around in this black space, and this would create more of a visually interesting photograph than just another cliche pretty picture of flowers.
