Thanks guys. It was kind of freaky standing on the bridge to take photographs- the whole structure bounced with traffic. I had to wait for a lull before making exposures.

Thanks, Sam, Thom and Andre. From what I've seen of Chicago, there are a plethora of neat movable bridges of many different designs and construction. Plenty of photographic opportunities.
