Andy, nicely seen, exposed & printed. I think the crop at the stopper on the left bottle is a bit tight, but that is all I can find to say in a negative vein.
A fiber (fibre) paper will change things a little, but it is worth the effort for this shot. I've had good luck with the J&C poly warm tone (sorry, maybe someone can mention the actual stock it is sold from in europe, as it is re-branded for sale in the states). The amidol developer and selenium toning with this paper really makes a nice print. It is a completely different treatment, compared to the MGIV RC paper I use for proofing, but does give a very rich feel. Nice job on this shot. tim
I will second the motion for J&C Polywarmtone, which is re-branded Forte Polywarmtone. A bit more pleasing to my eye, and cheaper on the wallet, than Ilford WT is. It has about as long an exposure scale as you can get in an enlarging paper. Its slow, but quite nice to use.
