May just be my eyes but it looks as if the castle is leaning to the right slightly. I like the frame of branches and the sky. I always think that Bodiam is what all castles should look like. The kind I always wanted in wood for a Xmas present with archers and knights made of lead. Where did the 1950s go?

Hello Jack, Agree the verticals appear off, this may be the castle itself, but it unsettles the eye when viewing the image.

The Branches intruding on RHS are a slight distraction (but may have been your intention). Understand you may have used them to hide something unsightly. It looks as though using a lower viewpoint would enable them to miss the tower and provide a frame over the top of it.

Thanks Baxter, it would seem that I have a tendency to tilt towards the right (not politically I hasten to add!). This is well worth knowing as now I can correct against it.
