The other pictures give dramatic closeup images of a boat in deep water in distress, here we can see the that there is no possibility of it sinking further.

The view is deceptive Mick. The beach shelves quite sharply just beyond the walker. Where the stern of the boat is I would say they have about eight feet between keel and the bottom.
