First gallery post in a while.
Everytime that I was in the room, I would look at this goblet sitting on the window sill. Simple, functional objects have a certain nobility of form. With a camera, film and some lights you can show what occurs to you visually to others.

What an absolutely lovely photograph! So straightforward and gimmick free. It feels like velvet to my eyes...
 
Nice image and lighting, technically though, it looks like you are losing density towards the bottom of the goblet. This could be the scan. Also a little spotting would improve the presentation.
