Very interesting portrait. I keep thinking of the activity of getting everyone together for the picture and I am touched by the humanity in this image.

Some might say that you lose something by not being able to show the obviously colourful clothes in colour but this is a people shot, pure and simple and colour never quite seems to capture genuine people shots as well because it take attention away from the study of faces.
Great!
 
I think you should do more of the ghana stuff, it is the best of your work. Keep working and going for it!
