Just out of curiosity what is that giant teapot like thing which he is holding and was there any particular reason for that? Does is signify something?

I think it's a bed pan.

It's a bedpan. I just like the shape and texture of it. I did a different shoot with that bedpan and an ostrich egg before, with that same soft-focus lens wide open, so the whole thing is very abstract.
