New Year's Day Imagery

Nice one, Bob. I was there a couple weeks ago with the 8x10. My intention was to photograph the falls, but lost interest when I saw those tree roots. I did eventually drag the 8x10 right up to the falls, but there was just too much water going over for my liking. The nice thing about visiting Bridal Falls this time of year? No people! Happy 2024!

Thank You Andrew, good point that is why I like to go early to avoid the crowds. I had made a few images before it started to get crowded, so was pleased with the results. I did find it a challenge to print from a different viewpoint with roots in foreground and the main falls in the back - an image from another time I mean. All that broken wood and the phrase "New Year" reminds me of some pubs I know the day after "Hogmanay Nicht "
