I would have done it lighter and it would not be as good. This image has you looking around it and finding little gems, the faces appearing from the shadows.
Yes we're all waiting for the dreich Scottish winter about to descend upon us. This cafe was refurbished in 2016.....notice the hand painted fascia and signwriting. The building dates from the 1850's. The cafe is small, only around 6 customers can get in for a seat at any time. The owner told me the cafe is named after his grandfather (If I remember correctly) who was a milkman. The original wooden window shutters are a feature.....they slide down beneath the windows when the cafe is open. Coffee is the speciality in the Milkman. Thanks for your comments.
