Now I don't want to ruin it for anyone else but I'll give you a clue about the first thing that came to mind when I saw this fine picture. The two oval objects on each side remind me of ovaries, you can picture the rest.

My wife has said it has a "gynec" quality. I said it's only a sea shell, like sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. 😉
