Trees - Pilsdon Pen

Pilsdon Pen is a hill fort in Dorset, but close to the Somerset border. On this occasion, I'd just finished modifying the Cambo to make it slightly more transportable and my wife was off to Bridport... so she dropped me off and I had until she returned to take a couple of shots! This was 1 of 2.

... Strong composition, well expressed.
About those bands... all three of your posted pictures show the same pattern, you might want to have your scanner checked.

@Reinhold - I agree! I need to do some research on why that's happening as it's a decent enough scanner (Epson V850 Pro) but it's clearly not set up correctly.
