I do not think I understand your comment, maybe you did not understand mine but what I meant by luck relates to weather conditions, time of day I get there, etc.
It is probably on a public or easy to access site and, unless there are "posted" signs I do not think the sculptor would mind someone else taking a shot, or many.
I certainly did not imply GH was "lucky" he obviously planned and executed the shot perfectly with the weather conditions available at the time.

Regarding the location, it is on private property and the owners asked me not to divulge the whereabouts .
