I ended off the 50th annual Earth Day by venturing to the riverside in our city, to photograph our provincial Legislature Building. I liked that there was water, earth and sky in one image as the sun set.

Beautiful, calm composition and very nice muted colors! The long exposure time with the 10x ND filter was needed to smoothen the water surface? Or also to make moving people disappear?

Both. I was interested mainly in smoothing the waters. I didn't expect the clouds to streak as much but that's a nice bonus.
