Still-lIfe with Distagon

Stuck Indoors so doing 'Still-Life' -- I did a set using 3 Zeiss Hasselblad lenses. This is the one using the 50mm f4 Cfi Distagon at f22. Lighting by one Bowens Monolite 200 £ and one Sunpak auto 36FD from right side on reduced power. I have lots of outdated 120 C41 films to use up !

I had to adjust the colour from the scan a bit as it was too blue and 'soft' so I put up the Saturation a bit in PhotoShop 7. I have much more old 120 C41 film to use up in Fridge ! I have a few more 'Still-Lifes' to show from this session .

I love this. Grainy and a bit blotchy, but the colors jump out at you - in an attractive way, not like the HDR pictures that you see as elevator photography. Nice!

Fortunately, here in Mississippi we still can go out. I've been re-exercising my old 4x5 system. What fun (esp. compared to snapping a thousand pics with a digital "thing").
