D-max test

I develop in tanks, 4 at a time. With my NVG's I could see one was blank. I pulled it. When done with all my developing, I had one sheet left to do. I was curious about the capacity of the developer. I use one liter per 8x10 sheet in my tanks. I developed for normal, and everything came out as expected. Then I wondered how close am I to full development. My usual max density is about 1.2-1.5. D-max equal FB+F=.26, Min=.67, Max=4.65.

How many hours did you take developing. I can't even stand developing by inspection for 15 min. let alone 4 hrs. my dilution is 1.5:2:100 agitation of once every 1 1/2 mins.
