Very nice portrait and superb lighting. He is looking a bit grunpy, "Come on dad, hurry up, I have things to do."

My son poses for me too, sometimes patiently. A good-looking lad. He looks like he is thoughtful, perhaps thinking of his future in an uncertain world -- I like portraits like this one that suggest the sitter has a life of the mind.
