Beautiful! Really masterful!
How are you mounting these these?
Also-are you using any light other than the windowlight.

Man, ya gotta stop posting these... ya is giving me such an inferiority complex!!!!
On a serious note, these are beautiful, simply beautiful.

Thanks, guys - I appreciate the feedback. Vic - I am mounting these by first attaching a piece of 4-ply mattboard a little smaller than the plate to the back of the plate. I then mount the plate/mattboard to a larger board (usually 20x24 for 11x14 plates). This gives the appearance of the plate floating above the mount board. I then overmat with 8-ply board leaving about 1/2 inch all around the plate. And I'm not using any additional lighting other than the ambient light bouncing around the room, which has a couple of skylights in addition to the window.

For a real visual treat...go to Kerik website, click on the collodion from the first page and you will see all of these he has posted here (and a few more). Have really enjoyed these Kerik, but seeing them all together is just wonderfull!! Trying to "see" them as 11x14's is almost impossible.

touche Kerik.
gorgeous as usual.

thanks for sharing with us.

Love it Kerik, I particulary like the texture in the vase.

Very nice. I like how the vase provides a softeness and slight blurring of the stem above the water line and then renders the stem sharper in the water. I also like the backdrop. Is that something over window itself, or an effect of the lens depth of field recording clouds slightly out of foucs? Either way I like it.

Thanks again. Jim - there is nothing on the window, except some dirt on the outside. What you're seeing is mostly severely out of focus trees and some sky (no clouds) in between them, combined with effects imparted by the developer flowing over the plate. Did I mention how much I love this process????
