I like the pose and she is really a beautiful woman. The lighting is not so good - almost all shadows are washed out (did you use brollies ?). It gives a passportphoto type feeling. I would try a single light with reflectors.
I don't like the background, the texture is too distracting for my taste.

nice portrait....burn in the back quite a bit and the portrait will really "pop"....I think..
