Chess Friends

Watching 2 men set up a chess board beside me at my favourite coffee house, I was struck by their rapport. I struck up a conversation and, despite what I thought at first they weren't father and son but just friends who meet every week or two for a game of chess and talking about life.

It's a well-caught moment, but I guess I'd be tempted to crop out the plate at bottom left as it's not adding to the photo.
