Grandson - Kodak Duaflex II first images

My grandson expressed interest in doing some analog photography. He thought it would be cool if he used the very same camera I took my first shots with.

This was my grandson's first real composition. Into the DR next.

Lens Filter
yellow, to cut the light by 1 stop and to add some contrast
Good image! Hope he continues.
 
Really like this shot, Eric. The balance of sky and land is just really nice. There's also a really appealing, painterly quality to the light and the tones overall.
 
Nice shot and a really great sky. Some of us have been sceptical about announcements of "new films" recently At this rate give your grandson a couple of more rolls and we'll be expressing the same scepticism about whether a new print in the gallery is yours or his.:smile:

@Eric Rose Young people like doing things that involve assessing situations, loading things, pouring liquids, adjusting things etc Only analogue gives them all of that

@Eric Rose I think the scan looks good, here. The dark tones are subtle and really make a unique look or mood.
