ASA 25 Ortho Dry Plate - Sunrise and Chimes

ASA 25 Orthochromatic dry plate. This is a test shot I took a few days ago to see how the plate handles the high dynamic range and halation.

The wind chimes are homemade, a dad / daughter project. We figured out the math to determine how long to cut the wind chimes for perfect tuning.
Location
Brookline, NH
Equipment Used
Graflex Speed Graphic, Kodak Ektar 127 f/4.7
Film & Developer
J Lane Speed Plates in HC-110 dil B
Wow! That looks really good!

Amazing work! I really need to get my 9x12 camera going; gotta make that ground glass focusing hood out of a film pack holder..

Very nice. The Ektars are still available at decent prices if you look hard enough but in most cases they are priced in the stratosphere.
In my semi ignorant opinion, they have very little to give on the German/Japanese kindred, for the weekend photographer.
Let us know how the tests came out.
Thanks

@Gaston 012 The tests were successful. In fact, Nick Brandredth saw the negative this was scanned from and said I was worrying about nothing lol.

So I went ahead with the decision to make these Ortho 25 plates available for sale. So "J Lane Speed Plates" has the distinction of being the world's newest production "film" or more analog media. Entirely my own recipe based on my own R&D, which is kinda cool.
