People who abandon their pets to fend for themselves should be horsewhipped! Great shot of a lovely animal.

How can anyone abandon that?! I get so mad...
But I am happy to hear the story has a good ending - those eyes deserve it!
Now that I have shown myslef to be an incurible dog lover... I have to say that I think I still have enough objectivity in the face of the subject matter to say that these are magnificent shots, one and all!

Great shot. And he ended up in a much better situation I am sure. Unfortunately this is a common story - what with soaring rents and mortage payments - that I can only see getting worse. Our home is the larger by 5 (at the moment) for it and for them we are grateful.
