It is really an interesting vehicle. I drove by it and made a mental note to come back with a camera, thinking it was non-operational. When I go there to shoot it, I realized it is a [potentially] operational vehicle.

Agree with scheimfluger_77, It's really a low rider - especially in front. Those VW vans were ahead of their time.

I'd call it a squirrel chaser, I had one many moons ago, they are not a very safe van in a front end crash.
