Beautiful in so many ways - I really like like the furnishings, the light and the shallow depth of field.

Wonderful image! Many would have liked to see the table centred with the window but I feel the slight discordance adds to the story.

A centered table against the line of the window would suggest either a staged scene or a more formal room. The table and setting would not really match that message.

The table texture makes a nice counterpoint to the soft furnishings in the room.

The table itself was a fantastic slab of old hardwood, I suspect with a lot of stories of its own to tell.
