Woke up at 5am to catch the sunrise and it was def worth it! This is a famous location from which you can also get the pagoda and Fuji in the same photo, but I didn't have anything wide enough with me to make it work. I did have a 150mm with me though! (and a bad batch of Tmax 400 with bad paper!)

The only issue I'm having is finding the words to properly express my love of this image. The artistry is really something else, here. I just absolutely love it.
 
I went to Japan in 1973 for 10 days -- i only saw Mount Fuji from a bullet train window ! as the others have said " Wonderful rendering' !
 
Amazing! The sharpness of the cloud and the light. You really caught it right. Wonderful photo.
We were there in 2015. We could only go to level three and the complete mountain was cloudy above that. I didn't really get any good photos .
