In some ways (not all) this is as good an image as I would be permitted to imagine. There is a bit of a painterly quality, combined with utter resolution, giving new impetus to those who call photography art. The only omission is the lack of a central subject, but, tonally and composition-wise, it is good. - David Lyga

I think it all works, the dog, chimney and box of paddies form a nice triangle central focus against the diagonal lines. Its simplicity in perfection. Great stuff.
Concern with "central focus" seems odd. I think the overall first hit, followed by subsequent discoveries, are almost always important enough to abandon formalities like that. I enjoy that first hit as well as subsequent discoveries....for example, the spikey rice stems contrast interestingly with the rectangular bulk of the building and of course the clouds.
