Man in Hat

Nice detail in the structure on which he leans, both in sun and shade which can't have been easy. The hat gives it a 1950's look. I can't last remember when I saw anyone dressed like this in the U.K.

If he is holding a mobile phone and you could enlarge enough to show what it is, it would be a great shot epitomising two different eras.

I must confess that I took this shot about 1970 in Detroit. I only recently came across the print in my files. The hat is a giveaway as to the time frame, and I don't think it's a cell phone he is holding but probably a "transistor radio". I like this composition, but it should be burned in slightly in the lower left. Thanks for the comments...Dennis
