Is the windmill functional or merely 'cosmetic'?

You state that you 'cut' development time TO 14 minutes FROM 10 minutes. To me, that sounds like a 40% increase, not a reduction (i.e., 'cut'). - David Lyga

@David Lyga Yes there is an artefact that the NW sail is pointing to. It's a fully functional windmill that occasionally grinds flour.

I too was confused by the "cut" in development that seems to be an increase! Regardless, it has come out very well.

Sorry Folks -- I had not read details correctly -- it should be cut from 18 minutes to 14 minutes. I'm not very well lately -- back from 2 weeks in Philippines but have dizzy spells, loss of weight and appetite -- hope my Bowel Cancer has not spread although Surgeon reckoned he had cut it all out.

@pentaxpete I wish you all the best. Do get checked out by your doctor and make sure they know you have been in the Philippines. One of my friends has recently returned from there unwell and it was Dengue Fever. You may have picked up something out there.
