Windows

There are a lot of elements to this composition. It is probably just me but I think this image works better cropped just above the shed roofline and just to right of the dark gutters on the left side and just below the dark roof on top.....? To my eye, that simplifies the image and retains the more powerful elements.

Bruce, Your right. there is a lot going on in this image. I generally try to crop in camera, but I think cropping as you mentioned would greatly enhance the symetry of the windows. I am going to do a reprint on this. Thanks for the suggestion....Dennis

I have always been smitten by the play of light and shadow, and the textures they amplify. This is very nice. I do agree about the crop.
