Great shot but I do not think they are bumpers!
What the heck isBeerenol?

@Gaston 012 Thanks, they could be floats, I thought they look like the bumpers they hang between the boat and dock. Beerenol is like Caffenol, it uses beer instead of coffee.

That is correct, they are lobster traps floats.

In this case probably crab trap floats, not a lot of lobster off the Oregon coast. Thanks Gaston.
