Her art certainly speaks to her psychological state. Is she really a street person, or someone who prefers to hang out on the street but has somewhere to go when she's done?

Do guys with the cameras just prefer to hang out on streets?

@Eric Rose: I don't know, but I would guess she hangs out on the street daytime and has someplace to go later. Her clothes and gear looked clean. First time I have seen her. Agree with you on the art, dashes and squiggles. Organized, not just scrawlings.
