This one is more conventional...the other seems to tell a slightly different story.

Was the portrait session all about this girl or was it more about her group of Cosplayers? She'd probably like this one more.

I'm not trying to be critical, but there is something about the eyes in both photos that I find off-putting. I couldn't quite put my finger on it until I looked at some of your other photos. It's the small, very dark (essentially black) iris that looks almost unnatural. May well be me but there you have it..

i like both of them but this one because her arms are UP
i can see her body art and it reflects the curves of her hair .. i like that
hands are always hard and the other image the way she
is holding the headpiece seemed awkward ( even though it probably
was like 2nd nature her holding it that way ) not sure
if that makes sense ,,,
pretty lady, im sure she'll be happy with both !

@mgb74 Dude they're contacts. They are suppose to look weird. It's part of the costume. Like a big red nose on a clown. It's to draw attention. Obviously it got yours lol.

Yes, they're contact lenses - part of the overall costume which the model created for herself.

fwiw I'd prefer a very tight crop of this image...because there seems no particular reason to include her breasts, because for me the point of this is her eyes, and because the relatively short (75mm) lens exaggerates her forearm. The bokeh is fun, contributing to the fantasy. If the point was significantly her costume, that'd be another photo.

I'd agree, actually. I shot it as I did for consistency on this whole project - but as an individual image, yes I'd agree with your points!
