It may be difficult to tell exactly from a print scan but this looks very grain free, with excellent IR rendition, very open shadows and very good shutter speed for a R72.

What size of a print is this? Thanks

Thanks pentaxuser. The print is 10x8 inches. My standard print size is now 14x11 inches but this print is to be mailed to a friend. I changed developers from Tmax to Xtol before finally settling on D76 for IR. Tmax was quite grainy, Xtol tended to block up highlights but was grain free. I prefer the D76 rendition which is still quite grain free but delivers very nice tonality. The sun was blazing hot that day.

Thanks for the info.Your last sentence reminds me that I should have mentioned the intensity of the sun as this print carries that feeling well.
