I agree with Roger. The angle of the light works very well.

I just got our family piano a few weeks ago and have been thinking of how to shoot it. I should stop thinking and start doing.

Very nicely done. The internals of a piano offer quite an array of lines, shapes and textures to work with. A few years back I did a series on the instrument that resides here for some targeted marketing at a local music school where I had a show -- even sold a couple!
