Very interesting result, especially the use of gold leaf. How are you finding their new emulsion? Any complaints?

@Ces1um So far it find it more reliable and much nicer than the last batch of Impossible that I bought (gen 2) but I've only shot a pack and a half so far. I need to order more now that I've decided I like it.

@hobbes This is my first year trying to forage for mushrooms. So far I've only found a few edibles but the more I read and learn the more interested I become in both edible and toxic mushrooms.

For some reason (unknown to me) Western Europe has no idea about mushrooms (other than those they find in food stores - champignons and the chinese ones), while the CE-Europe loves picking, fixing & eating them. Recently I came across some Polish folks in the US who also pick mushrooms there, apparently the species here and there are pretty close..

I can imagine what my mushroom foraging trip would look like. "Hey look, there's a chanterelle mushroom. They're delicious". Dead 5 minutes later from ingesting the extremely dangerous and toxic deadly Instakill mushroom species.
