Nice, I like Delta 3200, fun to experiment with.
On another note, does anyone really know what is in those meat logs?

Thanks. It was a miracle taking that photo after so much beer. Mainly "mutton flaps": the very fatty meat of old sheep that cannot be made into anything else but dog food!

Not much loss by way of shadow detail considering it's pushed at least 2 stops. Some would say that 12,500 is more like 3 stops.

Yes shadow detail seems reasonable. However, this is a crop of the negative. There were illuminated menu boards above the chef (you can just see the corner of one on the top left). These did not fare well, and the detail was just not there (i.e highlights blown to smithereens). The brightness range was too much in this scene for all of the photo to be satisfactory.

i really like the conversation the shirt stripes, the cut marks on the schwarma block and the metal backsplash are having/
really nice abstraction !

Thanks. Using this really old folder is quite a different experience. People don't take it at all seriously. They think it's a toy.
